I would like to get another like this one to replace my old and dodgy one at the top.
Does anyone know where i can get another good one like in the second and third pictures? Any particular car, or is it another "get it from America" deal?
Just found it on DMC Texas:
SOCKET, MARKER LIGHT
106429
can i get this from the UK though?

		If I remember correctly the bulbs are BA9's, Not sure of a identical replacement but these may fit;

		Nice one!

You'll need to solder wires to it but a helluva lot easier/cheaper than the "official" unit. I must have replaced the other one at some point.
BTW the ground to that is connected to the +ve feed to the indicator which is what makes it do its wierd side repeater action.

I WAS going to have to order a couple of the parts on Chris's link before you replied with your comments. You sure that the item you linked straight to, contains the actual turn screw BA9 lamp holder as well as being the surround that will fit into the lense with the wee prong thingys?

		I have a feeling that that is for a screw bulb rather than a bayonet style?
I'm going by the name "MES" cause if you look at MES bulbs on this website, they are screw type not bayonet.

		Yes, they are screw type. MES stands for "Miniature Edison Screw"
If you are concerned about originality send Ed Uding an email. He used to list replacement holders on his web site, but he seems to have stopped listing them. As I remember, they were quite reasonably priced.
